 Order Processing

For all finished products, we will promptly arrange for shipment within 4 to 6 working days after the order is confirmed. Due to differences in the delivery regions, the logistics timeliness may vary. Under normal circumstances, you will receive the products you ordered within 9 to 15 working days. However, in case of remote areas, or force majeure factors such as severe weather conditions and logistics peaks during holidays, the delivery time may be slightly extended. We will closely monitor the logistics status of each order, and if there are any abnormalities, we will communicate with you immediately.

All customized products are manufactured in the order of receipt of the orders. The general production cycle is 3 to 5 working days. If you need expedited processing, there is no additional fee, and we will arrange for immediate shipment once the production is completed.
